Surrogacy

A program for couples who can't carry a pregnancy for medical reasons. Surrogacy is legal in Kazakhstan, and we support the program all the way from the contract to the birth certificate.

Who the program is for

  • Absence of the uterus, or uterine conditions that rule out carrying a pregnancy
  • Serious medical conditions that make pregnancy dangerous
  • Repeated failed IVF attempts despite good embryo quality
  • Recurrent pregnancy loss

How we screen surrogates

The program accepts women aged 20–35 who have healthy children of their own and have passed a full medical and psychological evaluation. We check physical health, reproductive history, and social circumstances.

The surrogate database with anonymized profiles is available to clinic patients after a consultation and signed agreement. Profiles are never published openly; both ethics and data protection law require this.

The legal side

Surrogacy in Kazakhstan is governed by the Marriage and Family Code. The contract is notarized before the program begins, and the genetic parents are registered as the child's parents from the start. The clinic's lawyer prepares all documents and supports the couple at every step.

Full support

Surrogate matching, cycle synchronization, embryo transfer, pregnancy care at our clinic, and all the paperwork. One contract, one team, one center.

For international patients

Kazakhstan is one of the few countries in the region where surrogacy is legal. We work with couples from abroad; read more on the page for international patients.

How the program works

Consultation & contract

The doctor confirms the indications, and the lawyer draws up the three-party contract.

Surrogate matching

Candidates undergo full screening, and you choose from their profiles.

IVF & transfer

We create embryos from the genetic parents and transfer them to the surrogate.

Pregnancy & birth

We care for the pregnancy, arrange the delivery, and handle the baby's paperwork.

It starts with a confidential consultation

We'll explain how the program works, the timeline, and the cost. No obligations, and nothing shared with third parties.
